Yes, you can easily get admission in this college with this rank, but for admission in the CSE department you have to wait till the last round of the counselling only then you would be able to get admission in this college.

No, you cannot get CSE or ECE. Try for B.Tech Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering and Biotechnology.

You have good stats, as your 12th percentage is good and fine (not bad) JEE attempt. So, your eligibility is high fir SASTRA but for CSE branch I'm not very sure that you will achieve that. But surely, you will good branch too.
