My new marks is 105 and 450 in CBSE. What is my rank in SASTRA, Thanjavur? Will I get CSE or ECE?

I guess it's difficult for you to fit into SASTRA with this score for CSE and ECE but you could get EEE and biotech as per your score. But if luck pertains you would get ECE with a chance but not CSE.

Yes, you will get a seat in SASTRA with your score. You have fair chances to get into CSE.

SASTRA is best as it has been ranked 32 in engineering in India by MHRD and also, 700 on campus companies are visiting SASTRA for placements.

Hello Karthi, your score is not bad and so you can get admission at SASTRA University but you may or may not get the branch you wish to get. The competition is too high and is unpredictable. So, try your luck at the counseling.
