I got 97% in IPE and I don't know whether I'll get atleast 90 marks in JEE. Can I get any branch in SASTRA?

The answer is no to your question. A science student can never be an engineer, and Sastra University doesn't allow these kind of transitions in the middle. I wish, you could continue with M.Sc.
