While filling the application form you would have noticed that it is for B.Tech / Integrated M.Tech.
So you can opt for B.Tech at the time of counselling as per your choice.

Sorry but you cannot get mechatronics in SASTRA University because your marks are very low. At 49 you will get any good college. Hence try for private colleges.
