Under stream 2, your rank is good. As there is only one day for counselling for stream 2, the time in which you will be called plays a role.

CSE & ECE are the top branches and are not easy to get with this rank. You still got some chances for ECE but none for CSE. You might get some lower branches as number of seats are about 1500-2000 and 70% reservation are for stream 1.

Your rank under stream 2 is good. You will be called earlier in the counselling for stream 2, so you have the chances of getting a good course. You may get CSE but it also depends on the seats availability.
