Can I get admission for CSE in SASTRA University? I have scored 986 marks in 12th and 408 rank in stream 2.

Your rank under stream 2 is good. You will be called earlier in the counselling for stream 2, so you have the chances of getting a good course. You may get CSE but it also depends on the seats availability.
