Hello Bharadwaj, you really have a good percentage in your board exams. so you can surely get a seat. the admission is based on two streams :
stream 1: JEE Main and board exam marks (70%).
stream 2: only board exam marks(30%).

Since you have not attended JEE you have to apply through stream 2 only. Stream 2 has just 30% of seats and there is heavy competition for those seats. You have got a decent percentage but you getting a course you prefer is not a guarantee. Yo

With Home state quota we should expect that you'll get a seat in SASTRA with this SASTRA rank. So, go for counselling. There are chances that you get a seat there even if you are from other state.

Sorry. For a student from outside Tamil Nadu to get admitted in Sastra, they require a minimum score of 120 in JEE or above 96% in +2.

Yes, there are good chances with these marks to get ECE or EEE but you have medium chances for CSE. It also depends on the no. of applicants and the availability of seats.
