Hello Sai Ganesh, your score in board exam is not bad but to get admission at SASTRA University you must have scored atleast 90% and JEE marks are not important as if they don't consider the low marks in JEE, they will admit based on board exam marks also.
I think you have low chances to get a seat and since you have opted for computer science engineering, it is highly competitive. So even if you get a seat you will not get computer science engineering.

If you want , you can apply but you have low chances only.

Hi Varma Abhinav, yes you really have great chances to get admission in all of these colleges.
You can get SASTRA University under stream 1 as it includes both JEE main or and board exam marks for admission.
B.S Abdur rahman conducts entrance exam called BSAUEEE for admissions into B.Tech programmes but it also accepts JEE main scores so you can get that too. The name has been changed to crescent university.
Thapar university also accepts JEE main scores for admission. I think they also consider the board exam marks like SASTRA University. so you have chances for admission in that college also.
Dhirubhai Ambani institute also admits through JEE scores and they also consider board exam marks. so that you have good chances of getting admission there also.

You really have a great percentage in your board exams but your JEE score is little low. So even if you cannot get a seat in stream 1 in which both JEE Mains and board exam scores are considered, you can get a seat through stream 2.
But 70% seats are filled through stream 1 and the rest 30% are filled through stream 2.

Yes, you can get admission at SASTRA University, Thanjavur. Since you have really good scores in both JEE Mains as well as board exams you will get selected in stream 1 itself.

Your daughter will guarantee get a seat in SASTRA University. In SASTRA University they give admission on this basis:-
1) Student will have highest mark in State board exam.
2) Student qualified in JEE Mains with highest marks. Your child got State 5th rank and qualified in JEE Mains. So your child will definitely get a seat in SASTRA college. If you have any further doubts ask in the comment box.

You need not submit a separate application form for stream 2. if you don't get through stream 1 , then you will get an admission through stream 2.

91% is not a bad score but the course you select demands more marks. If you opt for courses like computer science, mechanical like that then you should score a little higher.
The last date is June 10. So after that you will know whether you can get a seat or not as they will release the ranks.
