Hello Chintan,
Both these institutions are very well known and it's difficult to choose between them. I would advise you to attempt both and get admission wherever you succeed.

Among your choices, Manipal University is the best option for doing B.Tech in aeronautical engineering based on university ranking, reputation, academics and placement records.

Hello Abhi,
Manipal has really well build-up placement cell. Almost all the students get placed and specifically of IT stream. The next option is SRM and out of these three KIIT comes at the third position.

SRM University is one of the top most universities in India.
If you got a chance to study in any university, you should have interest to learn, total learning depends on you only, not on the university.
Every university will provide facilities at the national level.
If you are really interested in the aero field then go for aerospace in BE level but studying aero from non-IIT's in not good.
Otherwise, do BE-Mech at a standard college, prepare well for GATE and go for M.Tech aerospace at IIT's.
Aerospace engineering, outside of IITs and IIST Trivandrum would be without any infrastructure. Probably they will have one or two micro planes and show it up as infrastructure.
I would not like to name specific colleges, but I personally know students who have studied aerospace engineering [non-IIT] and struggling to find a job.
