Hi Tamil,
There is no management quota in SRM, in fact there is no quota system in SRM.
Yes, it is possible for getting loan for your tuition fees, the college will make the needed provisions for applying a loan.

If you have other universities in mind I'd suggest you have a go on those first. Keep srm as the last resort.

JIIT is better option for doing BTech IT vis a viz your other options. It's faculty and placement record is very good.
