These 18 hostels provide both accommodation and dining facilities to students of UG, PG, Diploma, M.Phil, and PhD programmes. All the hostels are under the surveillance of CCTV cameras for the safety and security of the students. Newspaper facilities for the convenience of the hostel students in university hostels are also available. All the hostels are semi-furnished, consisting of all the basic amenities, including a bed, mattress, study table and chair, cupboard, etc. University of Mysore hostels include facilities such as RO units for clean drinking water, multi-gyms with required equipment, etc.
