According to me there is 10% chance of CSE at this rank in category 5 ,according to previous trend it had gone around 30k rank.
6 years ago If had got only 59.5 aggregate in btech but I had got seat in VIT Chennai.Is there any problem?

There are decent chances for Chennai campus and probably, good chances for CSE/IT. Your chances are less for Vellore campus.

Yes, If it's not CS or MCA then you can get in Vellore campus, else you have to go for Chennai Campus.
