If the IIT you are getting in is low tier comparing to VIT or BITS then you can go for these 2. So, basically the conclusion is that you should focus on the college which you are getting in and compare it with the rest of them.

VITEEE 2023 seat allotment result for the first, second, third, fourth and fifth phase was announced on May 2, 13, 24, June 4 and 16 respectively. Candidates could check their seat allotment result online by logging in using the required credentials. All of the allotted candidates had to confirm their admission before the final date.
