The rank for taking admission in VIT is not dependent on the PCM percentage or JEE percentile. You have to give an entrance test called VITEEE. This exam is based on your JEE syllabus and the level of this exam is same or a bit lower than the JEE Mains.

VIT Vellore via its VIT Business School (VIT BS) offers a three-year full-time BBA programme at the UG level. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Aspirants seeking admission to the programme should have passed with minimum overall aggregate of 60% and with Commerce or Accountancy or Mathematics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination / in Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination. Undergraduate Admissions:

Postgraduate Admissions:
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from a recognised university. Entrance Exam: Admission to most postgraduate programs is based on the candidate's performance in the VITMEE (VIT Master's Entrance Exam), which is conducted by the university.
Direct Admission: Candidates with a valid GATE score are eligible for direct admission to the university without appearing for the VITMEE.
