The XAT percentile above 70 can be safe for admission in VITBS. So your chances are very less.

It depends upon the college and its admission process. If you have admissions based on cutoff then as much as 99% and if admissions are based on entrance exams then you need to be in the top 100 ranks.

For general category students, the cut off for B.Com can go as high as 98-99%, and if you are Christian, then there might be some relaxation, but you will have to check the website for exact previous years' cutoffs.
also there are no free seats

Hi,It is a good college, In terms of infrastructure it is better than other colleges but the faculty are well educated no doubt but are not helpful. This college does not allow your mistake to be forgiven, if you did anything annoying to them

Hi,It is a good college, In terms of infrastructure it is better than other colleges but the faculty are well educated no doubt but are not helpful. This college does not allow your mistake to be forgiven, if you did anything annoying to them then you are doomed. This campus has great industry exposure and the placement streak has been good, however you need to work for it if you desire great packages. Good luck.
