Is Vit have available hindi teachers for BCA. How can I understand the language if he teaches in Tamil?

Yes, If it's not CS or MCA then you can get in Vellore campus, else you have to go for Chennai Campus.

You can get admission in VIT Vellore for M.Tech in VLSI in either category 2 or 3. But it's not possible for you to get admission in Embedded Systems in Category 1.

Both are good, If you want to just go with B.Tech then you can take B.Tech CSE. Or if you want both UG and Master degree then go with M.Tech Integrated. Both are excellent in terms of placements.
