No, it's not possible for you to take admission in any of the B.Tech programs if you have not appeared for VITEEE.
With 12th marks, you can get admission in other UG courses offered by VIT.

You won't be able to get a seat. I would suggest you search for other colleges and keep other options open. VIT will be impossible for your admission.

Yes, you can get a good package by doing M.Tech in VIT. You will have to put in your normal efforts and a few extra efforts in the end and it will be okay for you.

Doing B.Tech in other colleges is better than doing M.Tech in VIT because trust me, VIT's M.Tech is not that good to invest your time and money for M.Tech. I would suggest you take another college with B.Tech.
