No, I am sorry to break it to you that you won't be able to get a seat at 55k rank in VIT, Vellore or Chennai campus. I would suggest you keep your options open and keep alternatives.

VIT counselling fee is INR. 50,000 (including counsel fee of INR. 10,000 also), but selection depend on Merit and branch preference. Fee pay by online and make a DD make in favor of 'Vellore Institute of Technology ' Payable at Vellore.

This is the course fee for the year, and you have to pay this fees every year. It is not dependent that whether you have cleared the VITEEE or not.

No. You won't be able to get a seat in VIT. Most of the seats get over around 40k rank. You won't be able to get a seat in any of the campus. Sorry :(

I have a friend who is pursuing Biomedical in VIT, who said me that the branch is really good as almost all the courses he is dealing with is similar to ECE Core branch. Placement wise also it would be the same if you have got the right skills

Yes, you may get a seat in VIT, Amravati for mechanical or civil. You can get a good branch in VIT, Bhopal for sure. You must also have above 65% in your +2 in group subjects.

With this rank, you can get admission only under Category 5. All the seats will be filled by 60k ranks, you have try only from management side and all the seats from management side will be under category 5.
