Board marks are nothing to do with VIT admission but you have to eligible for it atleast 60% in physics, chemistry, maths in intermediate. Yes you will get your desired branch but that to in a higher category (I. e you have to pay more fees to take the admission). Hope this helps. This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily and I think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure similar to vit Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And its infrastructure not fully completed and still its under development
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college. At this much rank you will get any branch except CSE, IT or ECE in first category but you can get admission in these branches in second category. Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that.

To get admissions into VIT University, you need to write an entrance exam called VITEEE for undergraduate programmes. Your board exam scores are not a part of admission unless you are a board topper. For post graduate courses you need to clear an entrance exam called VITMEE. So after writing the entrance exams only, you can get a seat at VIT University.
Or else, you can try the management quota. But, don't have any idea about management quota.
