There are no entrance exams for M.Sc admissions at VIT University. The candidates will be shortlisted based on their marks in a Bachelors degree. They are admitted based on a counseling or an interview. Yes, you will get a seat in VIT for sure.

This is the newest campus of VIT, and last year, students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily, and I think it is not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus, because fees structure similar to VIT-Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, it’s infrastructure is not fully completed and still it’s under development.
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now, and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college. Hope this helps.

You have to give VITEEE exam to take admission in VIT University. JEE Main rank has nothing to do with VIT so it's not possible. You will get CSE core in VIT Vellore campus so you should definitely choose that because placements of CSE, IT, ECE are pretty good here. You will get civil or electronics with this rank but if you want CSE better go to other colleges because you will not get CSE in VIT.

You have to apply for VITEEE exam then only you can get admission into college for B.Tech and M.Tech integrated course.

Yes placement records of CSE, IT and ECE are very good in VIT so I will prefer doing M.Tech and B.Tech with CSE has more value than ECE. Yes, you will get this branch but under second or third category in which you have to pay more for that. Let me explain you the admission system here. Rank in VIT to get admission should be 90,000, so you can get admission in VIT from the 6th category as well. There are various categories as well. With each category admission, fees go high. First category closed till 15,000 rank, and you can get CSE till 9000 rank and IT till 11000 rank, but there are 2nd category as well, if you want CSE, but you have to pay more for that.
