Yes, you'll get admission in VIT Vellore but maybe in the 2nd or 3rd category. Let me explain you the admission system here. This is the newest campus of VIT and last year students got CSE below 1 Lacs rank easily. And, I think it is not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus, because fees structure is similar to VIT-Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, it's infrastructure is not fully completed, and still it is under development.
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now, and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college.

Your rank will be around 5000 something and you'll get CSE core branch in VIT, Vellore.

See, basically VIT is a brand name in India and when it comes to study, placement they never compromise from it. They give best facilities to there students. It's totally upto the student whether to go for VIT Bhopal or VIT Amravati. According to me one should go for VIT Bhopal as it has many advantages. It has 100% doctoral faculty. Caltech based learning system. Studios in place of normal classrooms. First university to give unlimited internet access. Strategically located on Indore-Bhopal Highway, to attract companies from Mumbai, Pune, Indore etc.
