Placements of EEE at NIT Nagpur are very good. In fact, if you are very good at coding, you can sit for placements along with CSE people for the companies that come to hire them. However, the curriculum is very strenuous and for a good pointer, you'll have to study really hard. But all that will be worth in the long run.

Fee Payment:
Candidates are not required to make any payment for registration and filling up of choices. To accept allotted seats, candidates must pay seat acceptance fee. The seat acceptance fee for SC, ST and PwD candidates is Rs. 20,000 and for others, it is Rs. 45,000. Candidates have to pay the seat acceptance fee through e-challan at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) or pay online using SBI Internet banking.
Note: The seat acceptance fee mentioned above is according to the year 2016 fee structure. The fee structure will be updated once it is officially announced.
Reporting at the reporting centre allotted for each institute:
After the payment of the seat acceptance fee, the candidates must report at the respective reporting centres for document verification. Candidates who are allocated a seat in NIT, IIEST, IIIT or other GFTI have to report only at the reporting centre of NIT, IIEST, IIIT and Othe GFTIs. And candidates who are allocated a seat in an IIT or ISM have to report only at a reporting centre of the IITs. There can be a possibility that a candidates allotment from NIT+system changes to an IIT/ISM and vice versa. In case it happens, the candidates are required to report at the reporting centre of the changed institute. Therefore, candidates whose allotment changed from NIT+system to IIT must report to an IIT reporting centre and vice versa. Failure to do so shall result in cancellation of seats in both the systems.
