Film and Television Institute of India has released caste certificate forms and performas along with its FTII JET admission prospectus. The university released the FTII JET 2026 admission brochure and application form on March 11. Candidates can check official website for PDF link.

According to FTII JET admission prospectus, shared by Film and Television Institute of India, candidates have to upload their documents in below given size and format.

No, a candidate cannot fill FTII JET application form offline. The Film and Television Institute of India releases JET registration form in online mode and candidates have to fill and submit the same in online form only. No offline application form will be accepted by FTII for entrance exam.
