Yes, candidates can register for the FTII JET first and submit the application form later. However, they must submit their FTII JET application form before the last date.

No. The candidate can only make the payment of the application fee in online mode by debit card/credit card/UPI or Net Banking only. Remittance in cash, demand draft, postal order, cheque etc. is not accepted by the exam conducting authorities.

No, under no circumstances the Film and Television Institute of India will issue a refund of the FTII JET application fee if candidates have already applied before. Application fee once paid can not be refunded, neither it can be adjusted into the course fee.

As per the official information brochure of FTII JET, the application fee for General Category depends on how many courses one is applying. For one course the application fee is INR 2,000/-, for two courses it is INR 3,000/- (2000 + 1000) and for three courses it is INR 4,000/- (2000 + 1000 + 1000). There is also fee consession for candidates belonging from reserved category. From the following table, candidates can check the FTII JET application fee.

The FTII JET application form 2025 was released on June 15, 2025. Candidates who meet the minimum eligiblity criteria can fill the application form of FTII JET 2025 by visiting the official website ftii.ac.in. For successfull submission of the application form, aspirants will have to pay the application fee in online mode or through demand draft facility. Post successfull submission of the FTII JET 2025 application form, aspirants will be issued the admit card.

The FTII JET results will be decalred tentatively in the last week of June 2024. The FTII JET results 2024 will be declared on the official website at ftii.ac.in. Tthe final result of FTII JET 2024 will be declared after the interview/audition/orientation round will be conducted.

The FTII JET admit card 2025 admit card was released on July 21, 2025 at applyadmission.net/ftii2025/. Only those candidates who successfully filled and submitted the FTII JET application form were issued admit cards. No candidate will be allowed to take FTII JET exam without admit card.

The FTII JET counselling will start after the results are declared. FTII will release the counselling schedule on its official website for all courses and students will have to appear in the counselling process. During the counselling process, they will have to bring all their original documents as per their educational qualifications.

During the counselling session of the Film and Television Institute of India, candidates will have to carry all their original certificates and semester-wise mark sheets. Candidates must also ensure that they don't submit any of their original documents to anyone, these documents are just for verification purpose.
