To seek admission to the JCECE nursing post basic program, a candidate must have:

• Passed class 12 Senior Secondary or Intermediate or an equivalent examination on a recognised board. Applicants who have passed class 11 in or before 1987, will be eligible for admission.
• Possess a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and should be a Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the State Nursing Council.

Yes. JEECE cutoff will differ as per the category of the candidate and their choice of course and college. Colleges that are in high demand are expected to have higher cutoff than the other colleges. Similarly, General category candidates are expected to have a higher cutoff range than the candidates who belong to the reserved categories. The authorities prepare the JEECE cutoff to select candidates for admission.

JEECE cutoff can depend on various factors like past cutoff trends, number of candidates who apply, number of seats, gender, category, etc.

JEECE cutoff consists of the opening and closing ranks. The opening and closing ranks are the highest and lowest ranks at which a college took admission in a particular counselling round.
