No. The JEECE entrance exam will not be held. Candidates will be provided admissions into the BTech courses offered by the participating institutes based on JEE Main scores. To participate in the admission process, the candidates will have to fill out and submit the JEECE application form before the final date. Allotment of seats will be done based on the JEE Main scores, preferences and seat availability.

During the JEECE application process, the candidates will have to pay the required application fee. For the General/EWS/BC-1/BC-2 category candidates, the JEECE application fee is INR 500. However, for SC/ST/Female candidates of all categories, the application fee is INR 250. Candidates will have to pay the application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of application will be accepted.

No. The candidates are not required to select exam centres in the JEECE application form. Since no entrance exam will be held and admissions will be done based on JEE Main scores, there is no requirement to select exam centres in the application form of JEECE. All other required information have to be provided as per the official guidelines.

JEECE will be conducted for only two B.Tech courses- Dairy Technology and Agriculture Engineering. Admissions into the other B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of JEE. So for admission in BIT Sindri in B.Tech courses needs JEE Main scores.
