Yes. JEECE cutoff will differ as per the category of the candidate and their choice of course and college. Colleges that are in high demand are expected to have higher cutoff than the other colleges. The authorities will prepare the JEECE cutoff after considering various factors related to the qualifying examination and admission process. Some of the important factors that will be considered to determine the admission cutoff are - previous years' cutoff trends, difficulty level of the qualifying exam, total number of qualified candidates, total number of candidates applying for admission, number of available seats for admission, etc.

JEECE cutoff consists of the opening and closing marks that the candidates will have to secure to have a higher chance of admission into their preferred course and college. However, the candidates will not be guaranteed admission even if they meet the cutoff. Since other factors will also be considered for allotment, the candidates will have a higher chance for admission.
