Dear,
Diploma won't give you rich course structure and better opportunities. According to me you should plan for Master's degree in related field or think of CA or CS or MBA finance for better knowledge and expertise.

Dear Shubha,
You can opt for CA course. It is a high paying job, but more than that, it is highly respectful. If your accounting is good, I would suggest you to go for CA. You can also pursue ACCA as an additional course. It will help you to get better jobs.

Dear Astha,
If you want a high pay and highly respectful job, opt for CA. you have got 79% in 12th. It means it won't be hard for you to crack CA with a little extra determination. Being a CA is highly respected in the society and it has got a heavy pay bracket. Combining it with your specialization in any of the subjects in CA course, at least triples your salary. So I would suggest you to go for CA course.

There are a lot of courses available for commerce students. You can do CA, CS or CMA. Else you can go in taxation field. Even the share market is a budding job field for commerce aspirants.

Dear Rajpal,
While you are pursuing B.Com, I would suggest you do C.A. or C.S. or C.M.A. any of the three are good and the syllabus is also a match. You will have to do extra labor for these three, but the fruits of the labor would be worth it.

If you are pursuing B.Com and want to make a career in the field of accountancy than I believe ACCA is the best way to grow in your life. ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants a leading international accountancy body. The ACCA qualification is recognised and is treated in other countries as being equivalent to their local qualification.
