You should upgrade. There are two upgrade rounds for First round. You can get ET but there are very low chances for CS IT.

Hi, I'll recommend SAP as SAP requires good understanding about business process, understanding client requirement. Once you work for 2-3 years in a particular company, you would be familiar with business process and you can start looking for more options later. Hence conclusion here is simple. Getting job in SAP is not easy, I would also say its not tough though. It takes time but opportunities are coming up for sure.

SGSITS-CSE/IT is much demanded branch, it will be bit difficult to get this branch in 1st round. You can expect in 2nd round, but at the end it will be depended on number of withdrawals which is quite low in case of SGSITS.
