No, you won't get that much of time for acting in films. IAS officers remain in duty almost 24 hours. They don't have that much of time.

Yes, you can go for FTII, NSD. There are many famous institute, from where most of the actors are trained and made their name. Regards.

When my friend got admission, that time the fee was INR 1.75 Lacs per year (including all hostel deposits and all) after that, acting course got subsidies and eventually fee structure reduced to INR 30k per year. For the exact fee structure, now you can visit to official FTII website, and you can contact to admin also in tutorial section.

Yes, you can apply to get admission here. PG Diploma is pursued after completing graduation which you have done with 69% marks. You are eligible for admission here. You graduation branch doesn't matter for this course.
