Germany gives PR in 2 years if you study there and work full-time after your degree. You need B1-level German language, a job with a good salary, and must pay taxes and social security. Then you can apply for Permanent Residency.

Canada gives PR easily after study. If you study in Canada and do a full-time job for 1 year, you can apply for Permanent Residency through Express Entry or PNP. You also need a good IELTS score and enough savings.
