Fee waiver for top percentage holder is very college/university specific, in fact lot of the colleges don't have a fee waiver even if you score really well in there entrance exam, please mention some college /university name for better assistance.

If you are science student with PCM (essential) then you can apply for it. As you are in 12th, you can prepare for NDA because it is a glorious chance for a school student.

Hello Rahul,
No, you cannot. You need to have passed HSC exams with a good score which may make you get a seat at MIT, Chennai.
So, you need to apply only after your 12th board exams.

Hello Vishant,
Madras Institute of Technology is one of the oldest and reputed Institute for aeronautical engineering. So, it is a good choice.
The students from other state are also eligible to apply but the seats allotted are lesser. The admission is based on your board exam scores alone and there is no separate entrance exam.
You need to apply for a single window counselling program through which you will be allotted seats.

Hello Santosh,
I don't think engineering colleges are asking for any fitness certificate before allowing a student to get admitted to a college. Same is true for aeronautical engineering also.
