Hello Payal,
Becoming an astronaut is a dream for many, but the opportunities come very infrequently. In India, there is presently no thought of sending anybody to space. The US has just now selected its future astronauts. In addition, to become an astronaut, one need not be an aeronautical engineer.

It actually depends on where you want to be a pilot. By where I mean to say defence pilot or commercial pilot.
If you are looking to be a pilot in defence forces then most of them require you to be a graduate preferably in science, may it be AFCAT, CDS, ICG, etc.

Aeronautical engineering after Diploma in computer engineering. Why this change of stream if I may ask? I would advise you to do your graduation in computer engineering only since it has much wider opportunities for employment as compared with very limited opportunities for aeronautica

It's very good to see your dream of doing graduation abroad. But, unfortunately, Diploma is not regarded as equivalent to class 12th and all the courses for graduation can only be done after completing class 12th. Hence, I am afraid, you may have to do graduation here and then go abroa

Hello Ojas,
If you do Diploma in aeronautical engineering after 10th then you would be moving towards maintenance side. Also, you can't do B.Sc without doing +2. Hence, if you want to become a pilot then score good marks in 10+2 with PCM as this is the basis of admission in flying schools.
