As per your profile it would be difficult for you to get admission in masters in automobile engineering after completing B.Tech in aerospace engineering.
As per your profile pursuing masters degree in aerospace engineering and related fields would be the best option for you as it will further enhance your career prospects.
In order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.

GRE at University of Toronto is used only as a additional parameter as they don't know the quality of the institutions that we have studied outside of Canada.
So it is important you also have a strong profile and good TOEFL / IELTS exam which are mandatory.
UoToronto is one of the most competitive universities in Canada alongwith UBC and McGill (in general). So it is advised when you are applying, you shortlist 3-4 universities and then apply.
Another university which is strong for your department include Carleton-Ottawa (the programs are designed and offered jointly).
