As an Aeronautical engineer, there are job opportunities available in India as well as in foreign countries. You may work for large aviation companies such as Airbus, Boeing and even NASA. You can get employed by ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) and the Defense Ministry. You can also look for jobs available with the Civil Aviation Department, National Aeronautical Laboratory, Defense Research and Development Laboratories (DRDO) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

First of all, just try to figure out what you really want to do in your life and then make up your mind. Step by step dividing each process to achieve what you want. The reason I said these lines because obviously you would need to pursue a Master degree in any field of technology or engineering. And this is like Aerospace engineering, so as per my experience and opinion, during our Bachelor degree days we didn't had much opportunity to learn deeper about a particular subject and that's why it is really necessary to pursue a Master degree and if you want to go for deeper research about your course then, also go for Ph.D.

As for the job opportunities are concerned, well there are reservation everywhere but this does not restricts you from getting good job opportunities, provided you have good academic track record and fulfill other requisites as required by the companies based on the vacancies available.
