Both of your options are esoteric. Aerospace has a potential but in India it is still to be exploited. Biomedical too has immense potential and an upcoming field. I suggest you should go for biomedical as first choice and aerospace as second.

Evergreen colleges for aerospace engineering are IIT-Bombay and IISC, Bangalore. These are in great demand and of course one needs to be in the range of 90+ percentile to get admission there.

Aerospace engineering is normally a regular engineering course controlled by AICTE. While aircraft maintenance engineering means course on maintenance of commercial airlines that is controlled by DGCA. The latter will get you a job and good pay while former can not guarantee you a job.
