The Central Institute of Technology (CIT) Kokrajhar cutoff for admissions via AHSEC is determined by the candidate's performance in the AHSEC (Assam Higher Secondary Education Council) Class 12 exams. For B.Tech programs, candidates need to have passed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 50% marks. Specific cutoff scores for different branches and categories are released by CIT Kokrajhar during the admission process.

No, it is not possible to get direct admission to the Central Institute of Technology (CIT) B.E./B.Tech. programme without appearing for the qualifying exams. Shiksha.com says admission is based on merit in JEE Main, Assam CEE, or AHSEC exams. Yes, group studies can be very useful when it is done with a positive mindset. It helps students understand the most difficult topics in easy way as the friends can help understand topics easily. The students can quiz each other or explain lessons to one another, which helps with memory. However, they must make sure the group stays focused and doesn't waste time while group studies. It's best to keep the group small and plan short, topic-based sessions.

The students should start the AHSEC HS exam preparation at the begining of the academic session. This is how they can cover the entire Assam HS syllabus at least two months before the exams. This will give the students enough time to understand each topics properly. The students can also practice the Assam Board 12th sample papers and previous years question papers.
