Yes, you can get it. Try for it. Students who aren't applying for medical courses may come for engineering counselling. So, it all depends on the first day of counselling.

Hello Rehman,
There is generally no entrance exam to get admission at Anna University and so you can get admission based on the board exam marks. If you have a great score like 90% and above then you can apply for admissions.

Hello Piyush,
You can use the college comparison tool given below to compare these two colleges:

However, Anna University is better than COE Pune, in terms of rankings, reviews and placements.

Hello Vinayak,
It is very difficult to get CSE at Anna University CEG campus unless you belong to SC or ST. As the cut off varies based on caste, you can predict your chances by checking the previous year cut off from the link below:

Hello Ram,
There are reservations based on caste and so the cut off for every category varies. You have a decent score so you may get some of the good colleges via counseling. You may use the link below to know the previous year cut off and to predict your chances of getting admission:

Hello Utkarsh,
It is difficult to get a top ranking college unless your caste is SC, ST or MBC. As there are reservations based on caste, your chances vary based on this. If you belong to OC, or BC, then you may get an average college only.
All the best!
