Hello Bikash,
Normally, government or private aided colleges have to get their fees regulated by a body appointed by the concerned. However, unaided colleges are outside the ambit of this. Hence, the fees charged are almost entirely based on what market can accept. Normal colleges have fees of about Rs.50 K per semester, while others have it at the level of Rs.1Lac per semester.

Hi,
Yes you can apply for the course. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50%. Admissions are made through single window counseling based on TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) merit list which is prepared on the basis of class 12th score.
Interested candidates can apply online or offline with required information.

Though there is no huge competition for B. Arch at Anna University, your scores matter a lot for getting a seat. Your score is not bad, but it is not sure that whether you can get a seat at the SAP campus or not. Try your best at the counseling.
