Hello Arya,
The admission for B.Arch courses at Anna University has not yet started. It usually starts after the engineering counseling gets over. So, you need to wait till the official announcement.

It's very difficult to get a seat in Anna University. The minimum cut-off for the mechanical is 198. It may differ based on the community like BC, MBC, etc.

It is difficult to get a seat for B.Tech food technology at CEG with this cut-off. But it varies based on caste. So, you may refer to the previous year cut-off scores from the link below to know your chances:

Dear!
You could have much better options then Anna University in south India. If the private college is technical only options you are left with then you may consider VIT Vellore or SRM Chennai for B.Tech. Anna is not up to the mark. It's ranking is low and placement index is also not high as such.
