There is no management quota in Anna University and its four campuses. You can get admission based on the merit only.
Right now, all the seats have been filled in CEG and MIT campuses.
So, it is difficult to get a seat at Anna University. You may try to get a seat in the affiliated colleges.
All the best.

SS means self-supporting. You can find two courses of the same name but one suffixed with SS. The differences between them are cut off and fees.
The cut off will be lower for SS when compared to general course may be less than 0.5 marks. But the fee structure will be almost 3 times higher than the usual fees.
At Anna University, the fee structure per year is around 10000/- only but for SS you may have to pay 30,000/- per annum.

You have a good score for getting a seat at Anna university CEG campus. But, you cannot get CSE, ECE and mechanical. You can get civil engineering, IT (SS), manufacturing engineering, mining engineering, printing technology, biomedical, agriculture and irrigation engineering, etc.
You can try for Madras Institute of Technology as it has lower cut-off when compared to CEG and it is also a campus of Anna university so you cannot find any difference. At MIT, you can get CSE and ECE self supporting courses which would have more fees and low cut-off.
