Yes, you can get admission for B.V.Sc in Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University.
SVVU Admission Process:
SVVU admission process for all the courses at UG, PG and research-level is entrance-based. For UG courses, candidates need to clear the state-level entrance examination, i.e., AP EAMCET.
For PhD, candidates need to appear for a Personal Interview (PI) as well.

I want you to know that CSE cutoffs are very high in every college because of the growing demand of CS branch. You have a very less chance almost negligible for securing a CSE seat in one of the good colleges with a 22k rank.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Your rank is not much good for CSE. According to 2019 cuttoff some of college having cutoff near to your rank

If you have any caste or differently able reservations you can also get seat in Pharma. D course. But with 40000 rank, you can get B Pharmacy through the government counselling. But if you want to get admissions through management, then you can get admission in to any of the paramedical courses.

As per expected cutoff this year you can get only the
Mechanical engineering with your rank if you fall in EWS catagory if not EWS you can get other courses.
