If an Income Certificate is there then no ration card needed. But if you have no Income Certificate contact Help line centers.

For general candidates, they must get a rank near 30000. But you have a reservation like EWS or OBC or SC or ST you can get an ECE seat there.

Your ranking at 21K is actually very good and with this you are bound to get admission in a good engineering college. You must contact the particular college you want to join through the management quota.

You can get IT for sure. But CSE may or may not.

You can't get a CSE seat at KITS. But IT branch you have a chance. As per last year, you can't get. But this year as the number of seats increased in new branches and in private universities, you can get an IT seat in KITS.
