Once you complete your graduation, you can apply for post-graduation or Masters course in Deccan College at Pune or MS University at Baroda. These are the two best institutes catering to field archaeology in India. If you want to do it abroad, you can appear for the GRE exam to secure scholarship in any well-known university in USA or UK as they are the most sought after countries to study archaeology. Voracious reading is one of the most important requirements of this field.

Yes, you can apply for Masters in archaeological course, but as you don't have prior experience in archeology it may be difficult or deal.
Master's degree course is offered only by a few universities in India. The Department of Archaeology, University of Kerala, University Campus, Kariyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram is one of the institutions that offers the MA course in archaeology in the state. This is a two-year fulltime four-semester course having 12 seats.

Generally, an applicant must have completed his HSC education with history as a subject, but nowadays there are colleges which do exempt this requirement such as the MS University of Baroda. You must get in touch with the colleges directly.
