UNIPUNE MAH MArch CET Cutoff 2025 was released for all categories and rounds for the students belonging to the Home State quota. The MAH MArch CET Cutoff 2025 ranged from 83.65 to 3.87 percentile from the first to the last round closing percentiles. As per the last round, the hardest college for admission was Dr. Manzoor Hasan Ayyubi College of Education, with the last round cutoff of 83.65. On the other hand, S.P.Mandals Tilak College of Education and Nav Sahyadri Charitable Trust's College of Education, both were the easiest college for admission, with the cutoff being 3.87 percentile. 

Faculty of Architecture AKTU has a total seat intake of 80 for the BArch programme every year. Though this number may increase or decrease depending on the college/university council as well as other supervisory bodies such as the UGC. Students are selected for these seats based on entrance exam scores such as NATA, JEE Main, UPTAC, CUET, etc.

For BArch admission to Faculty of Architecture AKTU students are selected based on entrance exams scores such as NATA, JEE Main, UPTAC, CUET, etc. Students are eligible for this selection process as long as they meet the requirement of having passed Class 10 and Class 12 boards with a minimum 50% aggregate score in PCM subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Maths).

Interested students will find this course to be Faculty of Architecture UPTU's flagship programme with total course fees of INR 4.3 Lakhs. Students can apply for BArch as long as they meet the eligibility of having passed Class 10 and Class 12 boards with a minimum 50% aggregate score in PCM subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Maths).

To apply for MArch at Faculty of Architecture AKTU students must meet the eligibility requirement of having a UG degree of the appropriate branch relevant to the degree or BArch in a related specialisation. While admissions depends on merit or qualifying exam score which in the case of MArch is UG degree marks.

To study BArch from Faculty of Architecture AKTU students must meet the eligibility requirement of having passed Class 10 and Class 12 boards with a minimum 50% aggregate score in PCM subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) while admissions depend on entrance exam scores such as NATA, JEE Main, UPTAC, CUET, etc.

The Faculty of Architecture AKTU (FOAP AKTU) fee structure consists of tuition fees, admission fees, security deposit, examination fees, etc. with the fee range depending on course level, type and specialisation and is typically in the range of INR 1.52 Lakhs to INR 4.3 Lakhs.

The MSU Baroda NATA Cutoff was released for admission to the BArch course. The NATA Cutoff 2024 was 31005 for the General category candidates under the All India quota. For the Gender candidates in the Home State quota, the BArch cutoff 2024 was 11076. 

For the OBC AI candidates, students faced a last round cutoff of 31402, and for the OBC HS students, the last round cutoff was 11233. For more information, students can click here.
