hi,
Getting admission in B.Arch at Lovely Professional University (LPU) with 52% in Class 12th from a commerce stream is challenging. For B.Arch, students are generally required to have studied Mathematics in 10+2 along with minimum qualifying marks, as per national regulations. Since commerce stream often does not include Mathematics, you may not meet the eligibility criteria directly. However, if you had Mathematics as a subject, you could still apply and may need to qualify an aptitude test like NATA. Otherwise, you can consider related design programs at LPU that have more flexible eligibility criteria.

Apart from tuition, the M.Arch - TIAKS course at MIT School of Architecture might have small extra costs for site visits or specialised workshops. Since the course involves hands-on crafts and documentation, students might need to buy specific art materials. However, major resources like the library and software labs are included in the basic fee.
