NIT Raipur includes a mandatory six-month professional internship in the BArch syllabus. This usually happens in the fourth year, where you work at a real architecture firm. You will learn how buildings are designed and managed in the professional world. The college helps you find these positions at reputed offices across the country.

NIT Raipur evaluates its BArch students through a mix of written exams and design juries. In a jury, you present your drawings and models to a panel of experts. They give you feedback and marks based on your creativity and technical logic. Regular studio work and internal assessments also count toward your final grade.

Not automatically. If you want to return and work as a registered architect in India, your foreign university degree must be approved by the Council of Architecture (CoA). Always check the official CoA website list before applying abroad.

US and UK are excellent choices for big career opportunities. The US offers a 3-year stay-back work visa for STEM courses. The UK allows you to stay and work for 2 years after graduation. For lower tuition fees, Germany and Italy are highly recommended.
