CEPT MArch exam will be held as an offline test. All candidates will have to attempt the entrance examination of CEPT MArch to be considered qualified for the admission process. During the examination, the candidates will be assessed on their ability to ability to analyse, describe, visualise and imagine. It is to be noted that the pattern will differ as per the course selected by the candidates.

To be registered for CEPT MArch, candidates will have to fill application form with the required details. After all the required information is submitted, the candidates will have to pay the CEPT MArch application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. The CEPT MArch application fee is INR 3,500.

Students seeking admission to M.Arch at MIT SOA must pass graduation in BArch with 55% aggregate or minimum 6.0 CGPA. Those who qualify PERA CET entrance exam with a valid score are given admission. Students who have an experience in heritage travel visits and are proficient in any local languages will be given preference.

MIT School of Architecture offers a two-year MPlan course in only one specialisations, i.e., Urban and Regional Planning. The total seat intake for this course is 20. The admission processes for this course is governed by the guidelines of Council of Architecture, New Delhi (COA) and the MIT ADT University.

As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.
