Those who are willing to get admission to BArch course at MIT School of Architecture must either pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. It is a mandatory step to qualify before applying for the course.

MIT School of Architecture offers a five-year UG-level course in BArch. To get admission to BArch course at MIT School of Architecture, students must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. The selection for this course is done based as per Council of Architecture (COA) Norms, New Delhi. Admission to this course is entrance-based. Students are selected based on a valid score of either NATA or JEE Main Paper-2 entrance exams.

MAH MArch CET 2025 application form will be released online. Candidates will be able to access the MAH MArch CET application form at cetcell.mahacet.org. The final date to fill out and submit the MAH MArch CET application form 2025 may get extended. The MAH MArch CET 2025 application form last date will be in February, tentatively.

To check the JNAFAU UG cut off for round-wise seat allotment, you can follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of JNAFAU and click on the ‘Admissions’ tab.
  • Select the course you have applied for, such as B.Arch, B.Tech, BFA, etc.
  • You will see a list of links for different rounds of seat allotment, such as Round 1, Round 2, etc.
  • Click on the link for the round you want to check and download the PDF file.
  • The PDF file will contain the cut off ranks for each category and specialisation for that round.

The institute has not released the placement details for MArch courses. However, the combined data for PG (2-year) courses is released. During 2023 placements, 85% of PG (2-year) students were placed. In 2022, the placement rate was almost 77%. Over the past three years (2021 to 2023), the placement rate for PG (2-year) courses has improved gradually. Refer to the below table showcasing the SPA Delhi placement rate trends:

Out of 32 BPlan students who graduated in 2022, 17 were placed successfully. This makes the placement rate almost 53%. Earlier, out of 20 BPlan graduates 11 were placed during 2021 placements. Looking at the past three years' data, a fluctuating trend was observed in the percentage of BPlan students placed. As per the NIRF report 2024, a total of 87 BArch students graduated in 2023. Out of these, 67 were placed during SPA Delhi placements 2023. The overall placement rate during 2023 SPA Delhi BArch placements was almost 77%. In 2022, the placement rate was the same as in 2023. From 2021 to 2023, as far as the placement rate for BArch is considered, an improving trend was observed. The table below showcases the School of Planning and Architecture placement rate trends for BArch:
