Though, below are the official guidelines for the Bachelor in Construction Technology.
1) Bachelors in Construction Technology (BCT) Course, candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from an eligible Board from the school located in India (Including Gujarat State) with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time and have appeared in JEE (Main) of the corresponding year.
As per AICTE, for admission to Bachelors in Construction Technology program a candidate should have,
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship (Any of the three). Obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together.
2) Candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from schools located outside India with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time, and equivalency defined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi shall be eligible for admission.
3) The candidate shall have to pass all the subjects of the qualifying examination from a single Board.

I don't think so. But It would be best for you to clear your 12th with flying colors and along with this give the exam JEE for B.Arch conducted by National Testing Agency. You can easily crack this exam all you need to have is a strong Maths and good practice of any previous year's question set of B.Arch with some architecture-related General Knowledge questions like what is the best price given in architecture etc. I had prepared for this exam and I found it quite easy. Although I was giving this exam just for fun means I was not willing to get admission to architecture. I hope you would understand my points. Best of luck with your future.
