50% marks in aggregate of 10+2 or equivalent and in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of examination.
50% marks in aggregate in 10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognised by Central/State Government with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination.
International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of schooling with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.
In addition, candidates are required to submit the National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA, conducted by COA) exam scores or Joint Entra

Tuition fees of NIT previously was 62,500 per annum, it may vary now. It depends on which location of college/ institute you are getting also as per the category of the student. All the best.
