There are some chances for you to get admission in NITs with this percentile and coming to SPA, you can easily get admission.

Your chances are low to get a government college. But you can apply for admission may be after 2nd or 3rd list, you can get admission here.

It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as the seats are less than 600 offered by all 9 NITs. Those who have AIR less than 1500 can only get seat. Therefore, I suggest you to go with other government colleges or private institutes.

You have to secure at least 50% in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations. Also, you will have to qualify in NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2.

Both the courses, B.Arch and B.Planning are related yet different courses, the scale of operations differs in both. In architecture, you design spaces like buildings and surroundings, whereas, in planning, you design layouts to cities.

In my opinion if you wants bright and calm future then start preparation for UPSC Civil services and IES exam because once you enter here you will get the time bond career promotions and other related benefits. While in private sectors you may got the more money but isolation and busy life which are the negative sides.
